7. Orders, Pricing and Cancellation

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include all applicable taxes; any shipping charge is shown before you pay. You can cancel an order any time before your order is dispatched by contacting us with your order number, and a cancelled prepaid order is refunded in full to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are covered by our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

8. Grievance Redressal

Complaints can be raised with our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the place where the seller's registered office is located.
