Where's my order?
We send orders out within 1-2 business days of payment. Delivery then takes 3-7 business days.
Can I return an order?
We don't accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Need to cancel?
You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched. Send us your order number.
Buying in bulk?
Shops, cafés and gifting companies buy from us directly.
Grievance redressal
