Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is confirmed. Delays may occur due to high volume or postal service issues outside of our control.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer one simple, flat-rate shipping service for all orders within India:

• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): ₹80 (Free shipping on orders of ₹997 or more)
• If you need an order sooner, contact us before you order and we will check whether faster courier delivery is available to your pin code.

3. International Shipping

Currently, we ship to all pin codes across India. We are working hard to expand our shipping zones globally. For international orders, please contact our support team to calculate shipping charges and duties. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Meghana Organics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

If you have an account, sign in and open My Account to see your order's status. Guests can check it on the order status page with the order reference shown after payment and their checkout email. For courier tracking details, contact us at support@meghanaorganics.com with your name and order reference.

5. Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some courier partners have limitations around shipping to remote P.O. Boxes. Orders to remote areas are sent with India Post or trusted regional carriers.
